3. Orders & Payment

• Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors.
• Payment must be completed before order processing begins.
• We accept payments through our authorized payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability.
• Free delivery is available within Dhaka city for qualifying orders.
• Outside Dhaka, delivery charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective or damaged.
• Items must be in original packaging and unused condition.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
• Installation services are non-refundable once completed.
• Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

6. Warranty

• All products come with manufacturer warranty as specified on the product page.
• Warranty claims must be submitted through our support portal.
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper installation.
• Warranty service includes repair or replacement at our discretion.
